The Project Management workshop is designed to help trainees develop understanding of Project Management principles and tools. The 2-day workshop will define the different stages in the project life cycle. The content will cover the purpose of the project charter, stakeholder management, and the creation of a project plan. Students will learn to develop a project budget and schedule, and the necessity to undergo a lessons-learned process.
Participants of the Project Management workshops must be in full attendance of both days of the workshop.
Participants will be required to engage in group work and utilize principles and tools learned in each session.
Demonstration of learning objectives
Through the evaluation form participants will be required to demonstrate understanding of content covered in the workshop.
Participants of the program must complete the all tasks satisfactorily within 30 days of the end of the program.
